The Gaugan AI Contest on Hive - Week 52-1st Anniversary | O Concurso Gaugan IA no Hive-1º Aniversário-
My drawing represents a cove where steamboats were passing nearby. This beautiful scene was created using the software, Nvidia GauGAN.
With the contest owner's permission, I borrowed his ships brushstrokes to copy the color palette of the ships. Then I inserted the color palette into my drawing and added the two steamboats. I feel as though it makes a beautiful addition to my drawing.

Once I finished my brush strokes, I applied various background filters and effects.
Next, I downloaded my finished images. Remember to save your brush strokes and each image your produce before moving to the next filter and effects.
Let me know what you think about the Gaugan IA program and my attempt at producing digital art.
Below are my Nvidia Gaugan Contest Entries. *denotes winners

Amiga, me has sorprendido con ese dibujo. Resultó un hermoso paisaje. Felicitaciones
Muchas gracias por sus amables palabras. Aprecio su apoyo y aliento a mi dibujo digital.
Uau, you made boats and I learned that with round brush the boats are different, :-)
Gaugan is crazy!!!. hehe
Masters coming up on the Gaugan Contest. :-)
I love to learn, thanks my dear friend
Yes, with different brushstroke thickness and varieties such as diamond shaped, round, or square, items do look different. For instance, when brushstroking flowers, you get a different look with the round strokes, giving you a full flower garden; whereas, if you use a diamond, you will get speckles of flowers here and there. Instead of having too much color in the flowers, mix in some grass. That way, the flowers won't be so overwhelming and look artificial.
Hi my friend @justclickindiva
I see now that some of my comments didn't work on peakd and I thought is was done. :-(.
I'm now trying to use different brush shapes to make people boats and buildings and learning the differences.
Thanks for all the tips.
:-)
You're welcome. Is there a way to blend colors?
No .:(
My father helped to answer this one.
The program online online wen app) do not have all the colors (brushes) possible to use, like the global app software. ( it has brushes for people, boast and so on)
But when you use photos that have people then with our trick to sample the color we can use it, and have the complete software. :-)
The work is to find the right photo to extract the color.
I found out this by myself (not my father) when I used my own photo, and I saw myself in green color =people. :-)
My father investigated and I found out that I was right. :-)
One of the things that made me crazy about Gaugan.
😊
OK, thanks so much for explaining. I'll look for photos of cars and people that are free to use online, such as Pixabay and Unsplash.
