El trabajo en equipo es crucial para que un proyecto avance rápidamente y con una distribución equitativa del trabajo. En realidad creo que es más que necesario que cada uno de los componentes del proyecto este al tanto de lo que se persigue así como de lo que se necesita de parte de cada uno.

Es una realidad eso que existen muchas personas que no les gusta apoyar lo suficiente, al menos no tanto como podrían, hay diferencias en la entrega de cada quien cuando vemos cómo evoluciona un proyecto. Y esto generalmente trae grandes problemas a la larga, ya que los que más trabajen pondrán su punto de vista y expresarán la inconformidad que tienen, o peor aún, empezarán los problemas porque al no sentirse a gusto al ver que otros no trabaja tanto como deberían estos también, que han estado cumpliendo, van a disminuir su desempeño.

No es un trabajo fácil, y esa es la razón por la que muchos proyectos no funcionan, así en teoría el proyecto sea muy viable, pero una cosa es la teoría u otra muy distinta la realidad.
