I am in the SPACs for a while I beleive...$SPAQ is the first after $NKLA

Spartan Energy Aquisition Corp Recently is merging with FISKER, another ev company that is going public.

I am in around the 13.50 range and plan to start holding these EV and energy solution tech companies for a long time. What are your thoughts on SPAQ merging with Fisker?
