The younger sister takes her turn in the final verses of chapter nineteen. These girls both wanted to get pregnant and it seems that their plan has worked.
One child ended up being the mother of the of all the people of Moab, and the younger became the mother of the people of Ammon.
The story continues next week with the introduction of Abimelech, which means "my father is king" in Hebrew.
