Objective:

Stay alive and recover the Covid-19 vaccine antidote so you can (hopefully) become human again.
In this game, you must figure out how to open the safe... again!

Additional twist:

Before each player takes their daily turn, roll a D20 to see if you get any bonus. **Please note** that the bonus must be used during the CURRENT TURN. If you do not specify to which action you wish to apply the bonus, it will be applied to your first action where applicable.

Police turn after the players made their moves:

  • The injured sergeant shoots at P6, rolls 3,2,2 and does 0 damage to P6.
  • The police in zone 1 need to wait until the fire dies and miss thier turns.
  • Rolls for spawning zones are 1,3 so nothing and a trainee spawn.
  • How ironic: earlier, nothing was spawning in zone 2 and always in zone 1. Now zone 2 is the major S.Z.

Reminder:

Officer-in-training (T) will carry a baton (bat) = walker.
Rookie officers (R) will carry a pistol = runner.
Sergeants (S) will carry rifles = hulk.
ALL police get 3 actions per turn and can take 3 damage before they die (6 bare-handed hits).
Players re-spawn but lose their items when they die.

Please use my online tool for determining actions.

  • There is no need to roll twice for searches because the search function already has the roll for finding an item or finding a zombie built into it, so when searching, simply input the number of torches you have (default is zero, so if you have none, you need not enter anything) and click SEARCH to see what you found.
  • If you have a "double damage" that you wish to use with a search, you can add a torch to double the take.

You can also download an HTML file to run your own random number generator,
or get the revised, but more specific (thus less adaptable) version.

I honestly can't believe I'm still alive. I know I could technically take out these two cops by myself but I'd need a lot of luck so I'm going for help.

Do I detect a little bit of sanity creeping in there? Going for broke can work at times, but eventually it will let you down. Sometimes going a bit slower but more securely is the smarter way to go. If I was competing in a ninja tournament, I would rather take a penalty and come in second than risk it all and fail to complete the course, making me last.

LOL... I can imagine! I have done that myself. It is always the , "What if?" I want to be able to try and if I don't like the result, back up time and try again... which reminds me of a film called, Run Lolla Run. In the film, this girl runs to save her boyfriend, but each time she is too late, so she keeps re-trying over and over and over again until she finally gets it right.

Player No. 12(order No. 2)

Bonus roll = 19. No help. Kamikaze Time!
Action 1: Grab the Rifle from the ground.
Action 2: Run to the West one square.
Action 3: Shoot the Sargent with the rifle = 1. Well that didn't work out the way I envisioned in my head, must be these demented zombie brains. I really thought I would blast that copper away and then chug down a !BEER, but is looks like they are about to !ENGAGE 25 with me and send me back to start, haha ;)

Bonus roll = 19 (so close)
Action 1: Player 12 beat me to the rifle so I will search and pray for good fortune, found nothing (I guess that could be good, but I really need a long-range weapon).
Action 2: Search again to find a pistol... not long-range, but better than nothing.
Action 3: Search again to find a runner! Oh NO, not another rookie!!!! And I'm all out of energy!
Perhaps a !BEER will help me regain my vitality while I attempt to !ENGAGE 20 my brain and figure out what to do next.

Bonus roll = 18 well at least it wasn't another 19, I'm just not primed enough I guess.

Action 3: Take big risk and search. You found a hulk How the hell did I know that was going to happen. I knew I should not have searched. No turns left to even try to !ENGAGE 15 the damned Sargent. Might as well just sit down and have a !BEER and slice of !PIZZA and think about what to do tomorrow.

Took down 2 HP from the hulk and I am going west to stall the zombies.

I would have shot the rookie one more time to try and kill it and collect the life energy. I suppose I'm more selfish than you are. That is a very noble action to move and draw all the fire onto yourself.
