In the words of the late General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, at the celebration of the victory of April 30, International Labor Day 1-5 and successfully celebrate the Tenth National Party Congress, April 28 -2006, "The Tenth National Congress of the Party opens a new stage of development in order to soon bring our country out of underdevelopment, so that by 2020, it will basically become a modern industrialized country." It means that Vietnam will become a modern industrial country by 2020.
And when I am writing these lines, in Vietnam now there will only be a few minutes until 2020. And Vietnam has become an industrialized country? Oh my God! perhaps becoming an industrialized nation in exporting labor power to other countries.

To date, according to statistics, the average income of Vietnamese people is 242USD/month, only 1/7 of the region. And yet it became an industrialized country.

The communist leaders of Vietnam are very clever, they always draw very big cakes but the processing of that cake cannot produce a product.

Here are some examples:

1. Ho Chi Minh: In his declaration of independence, he quoted the phrase "People are born free and equal in rights; and must always be free and equal in rights. Those are the things that no one can deny.” in the American Declaration of Independence in 1776. And then Ho Chi Minh's government also named the country "Democratic Republic of Vietnam". These things make us all believe that they will establish a country with democracy and guarantee human rights. But today is a socialist regime.
2. Pham Van Dong (prime minister 1976 - 1987).
   Before 1975, in southern Vietnam water spinach was only for pigs to eat, very rare for humans to eat. After liberation, everything became scarce and the country was extremely difficult. Especially in the 1978s. To reassure public opinion and people, Pham Van Dong stated "a kilogram of water spinach contains nutrients equivalent to a kilogram of beef".

3. After 1975, the late General Secretary Le Duan once declared: "We will catch up to Japan in 15, 20 years and our people will walk on the yellow carpet." Now it is certain that Vietnam has already overcome it, but it is probably about pollution. :(

4. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam in 2016 stated that "Striving for the people to have their own doctor" (in the near future, he does not specify for how long). But up to this point, having a bed with a few patients lie together is common in Vietnam.

5. And most recently (December 30, 2019), Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said that Vietnam will maintain a high annual growth rate so that in 2045, it will join high-income countries. Oh my God, I must live until 2045 to see if it will work. Meanwhile, Vietnam's income is 242USD/month. LOL

Theo lời của cố Tổng bí thư Nông Đức Mạnh, tại lễ kỷ niệm chiến thắng 30-4, Ngày quốc tế lao động 1-5 và chào mừng thành công Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ X của Đảng, ngày 28-4-2006 thì “Đại hội toàn quốc lần thứ X của Đảng mở ra một giai đoạn phát triển mới nhằm sớm đưa nước ta ra khỏi tình trạng kém phát triển, để đến năm 2020 cơ bản trở thành một nước công nghiệp hiện đại.” Có nghĩa là Việt Nam sẽ trở thành nước công nghiệp hiện đại vào năm 2020. Và khi tôi đang viết những dòng này thì theo giờ Việt Nam sẽ còn chỉ vài phút nữa là đến năm 2020. Và Việt Nam đã trở thành nước công nghiệp? Khakha có lẽ là đã trở thành nước công nghiệp về xuất khẩu sức lao động qua các quốc gia khác.
Đến hôm nay thì theo thống kê, thu nhập trung bình của người Việt Nam là 242USD/tháng, chỉ bằng 1/7 so với khu vực. Ấy thế mà thành nước công nghiệp rồi đấy.

Các lãnh đạo cộng sản của Việt Nam rất tài tình, họ luôn vẽ ra những cái bánh vẽ rất rất to nhưng việc chế biến chiếc bánh vẽ đó thì chẳng ra cái gì cả.

Dưới đây là một số ví dụ:

1. Hồ Chí Minh: Trong tuyên ngôn độc lập của ông ta, ông ta đã trích dẫn đoạn ““Người ta sinh ra tự do và bình đẳng về quyền lợi; và phải luôn luôn được tự do và bình đẳng về quyền lợi. Đó là những lẽ phải không ai chối cãi được”. trong bản Tuyên ngôn Độc lập năm 1776 của nước Mỹ. Và lúc đó chính quyền của Hồ Chí Minh cũng đặt tên nước là “Việt Nam Dân Chủ Cộng Hòa” . Những điều này làm cho chúng ta đều tin rằng họ sẽ thiết lập một đất nước với chế độ dân chủ và bảo đảm quyền con người. Nhưng tới hôm nay thì là chế độ xã hội chủ nghĩa.
2. Phạm Văn Đồng (thủ tướng 1976 – 1987) .
   Trước 1975, ở miền nam Việt Nam rau muống chỉ dành cho heo ăn, hiếm lắm con người mới ăn. Sau khi giải phóng, mọi thứ trở nên khan hiếm và đất nước vô cùng khó khăn. Nhất là vào những năm 1978. Để trấn an dư luận và người dân, Phạm Văn Đồng đã phát biểu “một ký rau muống có chứa chất bổ dưỡng ngang với một ký thịt bò”.

3. Sau năm 1975, cố tổng bí thư Lê Duẩn đã từng tuyên bố :" Chúng ta sẽ đuổi kịp Nhật trong 15, 20 năm và nhân dân ta sẽ đi trên thảm vàng”. Giờ thì chắc là vượt qua rồi  nhưng có lẽ là về ô nhiễm

1. Phó Thủ tướng Vũ Đức Đam vào năm 2016 đã phát biểu rằng: “Phấn đấu người dân nào cũng có bác sĩ riêng” (trong thời gian tới, ông ấy không nói rõ là trong bao lâu). Nhưng tới giờ thì 1 giường bệnh có vài bệnh nhân nằm chúng là điều bình thường ở Việt Nam.

2. Và mới đây nhất (30/12/2019) Thủ tướng Nguyễn Xuân Phúc cho biết Việt Nam sẽ duy trì mức tăng trưởng cao hàng năm để năm 2045 vào nhóm nước có thu nhập cao. Ôi trời ơi, chắc tôi phải sống tới năm 2045 để xem nó ứng nghiệm hay không. 
