The subject of:

It is papaya or "lechosa".

In Venezuela this fruit is known as "lechosa". It has many varieties with which it differs by colors. Being mature it can be yellow, orange or red.

You can eat it while the fruit is green. Sweets are made with its pulp, using multiple species and products that enhance its characteristic flavor and color, as long as they are cooked.

Drinks are also made with "lechosa" or papaya, it is a sweet-tasting fruit, so it does not need much sugar. In addition to being highly appreciated for its sweetness it acts as an anti-inflammatory in the body, since it has an enzyme called papain, which has such an effect. Regulates bowel function. And it is very rich in vitamins such as B, C, rich in minerals, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium and others.

Mature seeds are well known for their therapeutic effect on high blood pressure. The potassium content of the fruit or its seed, allows the elimination of body fluids which are retained by saline concentration.

Algunos no son tan amantes del arroz, pero todos prepararon exquisitas recetas con él. El tema de:

Es la papaya o "lechosa".

En Venezuela esta fruta es conocida como "lechosa". Tiene muchas variedades con los que se diferencia por los colores. Al estar madura puede ser de color amarillo, naranja o rojo.

Se puede comer estando la fruta verde. Se realizan dulces con su pulpa, usando múltiples especies y productos que le realzan su sabor y color característico, siempre y cuando sean cocidos.

Con la "lechosa" o papaya se realizan bebidas, es una fruta de sabor dulce, por lo cual no necesita mucho aporte de azúcar para ser apta para tomar su líquido. Que además de ser muy apreciado por su dulzor, actúa como antiinflamatorio en el organismo, ya que presenta una enzima llamada papaína, que tiene tal efecto. Regula la función intestinal. Y es muy rico en vitaminas como B, C, rica en minerales, calcio, magnesio, azufre, potasio y otros.

Las semillas maduras son muy conocidas por su efecto terapéutico sobre la tensión arterial alta. El contenido de potasio de la fruta o su semilla, permite la eliminación de los líquidos corporales los cuales son retenidos por la concentración salina.
