Coleslaw Salad with Apples | Ensalada de Col con Manzanas

I used one complete cabbage, two carrots, one onion, one green apple, coriander, and chives. And for the dressing, I used Mayonnaise, salt, sugar, and vinegar.

Usé un repollo completo, dos zanahorias, una cebolla, una manzana verde, cilantro y cebollin. Y para el aderezo, usé mayonesa, sal, azúcar y vinagre.

I started by washing and dunking the cabbage into water and vinegar. Then I started grating the cabbage in the bowl. Next, I grated the carrots as well. I took the onion and chopped it into little pieces followed by chopping the previously peeled green apple. Some people would grate the apple instead, but I wanted my salad to have clearly perceivable pieces of apple in it.

Empecé lavando y remojando el repollo en agua y vinagre. Luego comencé a rallar el repollo en el tazón. A continuación, también ralle las zanahorias. Tomé la cebolla y la corté en trozos pequeños y luego pique la manzana verde previamente pelada.
