Agradezco por mi libertad fundamental. La libertad de poder elegir en cualquier circunstancia, no importa cual sea, así no sea libre de ir, de hacer, de decir; siempre, siempre seré libre de elegir mis pensamientos, de elegir la actitud con que manejar la situación.

Agradezco la libertad, esa libertad primordial que llamamos poder. Poder de elección, libre albedrío que sin importar las circunstancias, si lo ejercemos nos libera. Elegir es nuestra primera y ultima libertad.

I am grateful for my fundamental freedom. The freedom to choose in any circumstance, no matter what, even if I am not free to go, to do, to say, always, I will always be free to choose my thoughts, to choose the attitude with which to handle the situation.
I am grateful for freedom, that primordial freedom that we call power. Power of choice, free will that, regardless of the circumstances, if we exercise it liberates us. Choosing is our first and last freedom.

Hoy como nunca está a nuestra disposición información en un volumen tal, que no tenemos ni el tiempo ni la capacidad de procesar y si no queremos esclavizarnos de la tecnología de la pantalla debemos ejercer ese poder elegir, o como predican en la actualidad, practicar el desapego que como yo lo entiendo nos libera porque no somos nosotros los que poseemos las cosas o las ideas, sino que son ellas las que nos poseen.
Permitan que me explique: Si alguien posee una casa y teme a que la roben o la invadan y en consecuencia no viaja, perdió su libertad. No posee una casa, la casa lo posee a él.
Algo similar sucede con las ideas, las creencias y pensamientos; en el momento que nos definen, cuando decimos yo soy así (ideología, religión o cualquier otra definición) la idea deja de ser nuestra para ser nosotros de ella.
La libertad es poder observar nuestras ideas y ser capaces de decidir si conservarlas o cambiarlas.

Today as never is at our disposal information in such a volume that we have neither the time nor the capacity to process and if we do not want to enslave ourselves to the technology of the screen we must exercise that power to choose, or as they preach today, to practice the detachment that as I understand it frees us because we are not the ones who own things or ideas, but rather they are the ones who own us.
Let me explain: If someone owns a house and is afraid of being robbed or invaded and consequently does not travel, they have lost their freedom. He doesn't own a house, the house owns him.
Something similar happens with ideas, beliefs and thoughts, at the moment they define us, when we say I am like that (ideology, religion or any other definition). The idea ceases to be ours to be us hers.
Freedom is being able to observe our ideas and be able to decide whether to keep them or change them.

Espero haber despertado su interés por esta experiencia de agradecimiento y les cuento como me encontré con este reto de la mano de la amiga @aurodivys e iniciado por @vaneaventuras , me pareció una buena idea aceptarlo ya que me brinda un tema que compartir en el transcurso de un mes y de momento seguiré la pauta establecida por ella.
