A FRATERNAL GREETING FULL OF GOOD WILL FOR ALL.
Que belleza de pregunta podría hacer una gran lista pero me voy a lo concreto y más para lo que viví durante este año, lo que me ha mantenido en pie ha sido mis dos pasiones cantar y danzar la vida.
What a beautiful question could make a great list but I go to the concrete and more for what I lived during this year, what has kept me going has been my two passions singing and dancing life.
HABLAME O CANTAME PARA VERTE...
TO ME OR SING TO ME TO SEE YOU...
Expresión que una vez me regalo un profesor de universidad cuando tuve terror para presentar una exposición, cosa que al principio era así luego se tranquilaban los nervios. Entendido esto por múltiples situaciones vividas durante mi desarrollo, crecí en un vínculo con mandatos donde la palabra de la mujer era reprimida, por ende esto se convirtió en miedo, me costaba hablar en público, padecí de las amígdalas las cuales fueron extirpadas y después de ellos sobrellevar nódulo en las cuerdas vocales.
An expression that was once given to me by a university professor when I was terrified to present an exhibition, which at first was like that then the nerves were calmed. Understood this by multiple situations lived during my development, I grew in a bond with mandates where the word of the woman was repressed, therefore this became fear, I had difficulty speaking in public, I suffered from the tonsils which were removed and after them bear nodule in the vocal cords.
Sin embargo mis instintos y gran placer por el arte fue disipando todas esa limitación, y lo que más me ayudo fueron las diversas actividades culturales que la vida causalmente me hizo tener contacto entre músicos, artistas plásticos, bailarines, poetas y locos quienes fueron mis guías para ir empoderarme satisfactoriamente de mi potencial expresivo y creativo.
However, my instincts and great pleasure for the art was dissipating all that limitation, and what helped me most were the diverse cultural activities that life causally made me have contact between musicians, plastic artists, dancers, poets and madmen who were my guides to go to empower me satisfactorily of my expressive and creative potential.
La voz y el cuerpo son nuestro primordial recurso de expresión y desde que tengo uso de razón han sido la vía regia para poder decir lo que llevo dentro de mí. Algunas veces con armonía otras sin ella, lo que más me satisface es el efecto que causa en mi organismo cada vez que me empodero del canto y la danza para expresarme.
The voice and the body are our main source of expression and since I can remember they have been the best way to say what I have inside me. Sometimes with harmony and sometimes without it, what satisfies me most is the effect it has on my body every time I use singing and dance to express myself.
La emoción del canto y la danza se me despertó aún más cuando empecé a estar en esos grupos culturales, se me desarrollo este sentido de expresión, sintiéndome muy feliz cantando en corales y grupos diversos, integrándome a agrupaciones bailando coreografías entre ritmos latinos para espectáculos y fiestas sociales, algo que enaltecía mi ego.
The emotion of singing and dancing woke me up even more when I started to be in those cultural groups, I developed this sense of expression, feeling very happy singing in choirs and diverse groups, integrating myself to groups dancing choreographies among Latin rhythms for shows and social parties, something that boosted my ego.
Con el tiempo fui dejando ese tipo de danzas y me fui involucrando con los ritmos tradicionales y autóctonas de mi país Venezuela que están fusionados con una rica herencia europea, africana e indígena donde pude reconocerme y conectar con mi esencia primitiva y humana.
With time I was leaving that kind of dances and I got involved with the traditional and native rhythms of my country Venezuela that are fused with a rich European, African and indigenous heritage where I could recognize myself and connect with my primitive and human essence.
A través de un taller de expresión corporal conocí “la danza de vida"
Through a body expression workshop I got to know "the dance of life"
BIODANZA
Donde por primeras vez pude danzar siendo yo misma, suprimiendo estereotipos de las distintas disciplina de donde venía, allí me encontré con la posibilidad de danzar mis emociones a partir del despertar de mis movimientos naturales que fluyen desde mis células y esa herencia milenaria dormida que se despierta en mi a través de la emoción, una semántica musical y el movimiento natural que me guía, incluso he danzado con el sonido de la vida encontrado en el silencio y los elementales lo cuales siempre he tenido presente como fuente de inspiración, y que hoy día los reconozco aún más como parte integral y esencial de mi humanidad.
Where for the first time I was able to dance being myself, suppressing stereotypes of the different disciplines I came from, there I found the possibility to dance my emotions from the awakening of my natural movements that flow from my cells and that millenary dormant inheritance that wakes up in me through the emotion, a musical semantics and the natural movement that guides me, I have even danced with the sound of life found in silence and the elementals which I have always kept in mind as a source of inspiration, and that today I recognize them even more as an integral and essential part of my humanity.
En este mundo de la Biodanza empecé a escuchar músicas más relacionadas a mi espiritualidad y al contacto con la esencia de la vida, siendo así un gran amigo me regalo la posibilidades de escuchar cantos medicinas en los cuales encuentro tanta belleza para autodescucbrirme y sanarme, en estos tiempo tan convulsivos la música y la danza de la vida han sido mi medicina y es por eso que les regalo hoy mi canto emocionado con el que empecé esta humilde publicación.
In this world of Biodance I began to listen to music more related to my spirituality and to the contact with the essence of life, being thus a great friend I give me the possibilities to listen to songs medicines in which I find so much beauty to discover myself and to heal me, in these so convulsive times the music and the dance of the life have been my medicine and it is for that reason that I give today my moved song with which I began this humble publication.
