dPoll is back + witness update to v0.22.4444

Happy to say that the dPoll is back, online. šŸŽ‰

It was closed due to Justin Sun gained control on T20 witness rankings with his sock puppet accounts. There is no way I could contribute to such a chain.

However, the community is fighting back and regained some consensus witness spots.

Most of the /trending posts explain why you should use witness votes. If you didn't do it already, now it's the time to review your witness votes. (Pro tip: Just boost community witnesses in top 50, make sure you don't vote for the sock puppets.)

If you don't have time to do that/maintain that list, you can set my as a proxy to your witness voting behavior.

Also, I was protesting the0.22.5 and running 0.22.2 for some time. However, there is no point to do that anymore. My witness server runs 0.22.1 with a custom version set as 0.22.4444 at the moment.
