There was an exodus from the Qatari state mouthpiece Al Jazeera in the very first few months when they saw the lies and were told to join the chorus but refused, some of them were Syrians and many were not. One of them went on and opened a match for Jazeera from Beirut and called it Al Mayadeen (The Fields), whatever you see with high effects on Jazeera you'll see the opposite from the ground on the new channel.

Not many bothered in the west, sadly.
