My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2019

Today was another fun filled day full of coastline adventures, with plenty of walking and running mixed in.

I started the day off with a little 3.1 mile (5k) run to the local shops where we're staying for some spending money for the day.
It was a nice wake up jog which got me ready for the impending day of adventure with the family.

The day was nicely rounded off with an evening walk along the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs
