Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of South America.

Please see the winner of the last week´s South American Saturday @brunonacif with the following entry:

This is Iglesia, one of the departments of the province of San Juan, Argentina. It's one of the places I like to go the most. One of the things I like the most in the world is the mountains, especially I'm very attracted to the Andes, which are those that are seen in the distance.

Crossing the Uyuni desert is very interesting. It allows us to discover splendid landscapes and to experience interesting temperature variations; from 86F to 23F in only one day!

Artificial lagoon in the botanical garden, Merida Venezuela. It is a wonderful place to go for a walk and enjoy nature, the beautiful natural landscape. I was able to observe the different Kois fish, and it is also a place where many insects converge, such as dragonflies, butterflies, ants, etc. also varieties of flowers, and some species of birds that are not very common in Venezuela.

A trip through the Venezuelan Andes is a delight for lovers of landscape photography. Places like this one in the photo, when I went hiking in Mifafi, in the state of Merida, are what you will see at every step.

What is better than really nice landscape?
I would find few things, but when you are on the travel and you get to the point where you simply have to stop whererver you are and whatever you are doing is a magical moment and mostly it is for the great landscape...

A shot of the imposing Kukenan (stone massif) in the great Venezuelan savannah, it is a great adventure to make your journey and reach its summit and enjoy the seven days of walking while you enjoy the beautiful landscape of its surroundings, I invite you to that wonderful challenge, I proposed it to myself at the age of 50 and I got it.
