Let's kick off this showcase with some spectacular Iphone/drone photography of an Austrian town in the Alpine Valley. Honestly, this place looks like something from a dream and @greencross managed to capture all of it's beauty perfectly. Enjoy!

I must admit that when growing up in Venezuela, it would have never crossed my mind that one day I’d be able to be in an alpine valley.

After almost twenty years of my exodus, I’ve lived in 5 countries so far, visited about other 20, and I must admit Austria has the most beautiful land of them all.

I shot these photos with my iPhone and drone on Admont, a small town in Styria (yes the state of Austria where Arnold Schwarzenegger was born and raised). I also manipulated them heavily using Google’s Snapseed app on purpose to look like a painting.

For our post number 2, we have a wonderful video of a truly gorgeous wild animal, the Cheetah. I'm a huge lover of most animal species, but Cheetahs are definitely at the top of my list. It's so cool to be able to observe them in the wild where they belong instead of a zoo and we can thank @robtheranger for giving us the opportunity!

An afternoon spent with Amani female cheetah and her three cubs when they were still quite small. Cheetah cubs have a low survival rate so it has been great to see the Amani female cheetah successfully raise these three!

Now let's spiral down into the mind of an amazing writer and hear him out. This post is simply perfect material for anyone who wants to learn more and improve their writing skills. There is something about the way that @jeffreymartin makes switching words and improving lines all too easy! I definitely recommend reading the entire thing, but here's the first part to get you interested:

Version 0

You have traveled far, entering a territory of mountains and hills, forests, and ancient paths. As you near your destination, an oppressive veil descends as the sky becomes dim. The stagecoach you hired approaches an old stone building with a belfry and enormous arched wooden front doors, whose scrollwork tells tales of horror and redemption. The coach rolls to a stop and you exit to stand before the Church of the Crossroads. The church is an age-old monument and gateway to this ancient mountainous territory. As you near the wooden doors to head inside, you hear the sounds of a struggle from within.

Entering the church, you see an old curator cowering at the hands of highwaymen. The highwaymen are ragged and filthy. With the dangerous edge of the desperate, they demand food and valuables. -@jeffreymartin

Finally, let's feast our eyes on one of my favorite topics, fluffy pet photography!! I know that I sound like a teenage girl, but just take a look at these photos and tell me they aren't amazing! Honestly this kitty cat is better than most models I see these days... Here our some tips on how to take perfect pictures of your pet:

More and more of us are treating our pets as family members. In the case of pet photography, it becomes a challenge when you can't explain how to pose, where to look or much more. Due to the above mentioned, I'll mention the tricks and everything related to this session below:

1. The use of incentives such as cat biscuits or toys were very helpful in keeping him in the frame.
2. The use of natural light is of great help when you don't have lighting devices. In this case, a natural light source was used, diffused with fabrics and a window.
3. It is important to use bouncers to highlight small details or areas of the body that may be underexposed due to light distribution.
4. Doing your pet's favorite activities will help your pet relax during the session.
5. The types of plans to use are those that will create an artistic line between one photo and another. -@dearw
