To be honest, I believe it is better to have the real asset instead to lock down in a risky smart contract, personal opinion.

Yea that is also a legit thinking :)
I'm not tonally sure but if working properly the system should get you liquidated with a max loss of a 15%.
So the risk 15%.
But when the dump happen in March, people were liquidate at much bigger losses ...
