Today we had a red wine tasting. We had a organic red wine from Italy. The NERO d’AVOLA from Sicily is a biological wine. We had the tasting in the local winery, where we were for the wines for the coming New Year’s Eve.

The wine from 2017 is very nice. It’s a great price - quality wine. It’s one of the 4% best wines of the world and even won some prizes. The taste containers vanilla, chocolate and the taste off the on oak wood ripped wine. I probably use the wrong terms but with the tasting and to write the things down is was a bit hard.

There is an app called VIVINO and apparently i did write it all done right. So we have a boiological wine for new years eve, cant wait.
