How to Become a Certified Ulogger and Earn Marlians
I hope you've been enjoying all the new Steem Engine activity with all the new community tokens and aren't getting overwhelmed by all the new things to learn. This post aims to make at least one thing easier. Below is how you can start earning Marlians tokens.
How to Get Certified
First 1000 certified uloggers will get 50 MARLIANS. This aside other ongoing drops.
Steps 1: Send '5 STEEM' to @marlians with this memo; "1 month certification."
Step 2: Do a 'ulog' via marlians.com discussing the process of 'how you became a certified ulogger'. Make sure to use '#ulog' tag for your post. (That's this post for me.)
Step 3: Subscribe to UloggersTV YouTube on the youtube website.
- Step 4: Fill out this google form.

About Ulog
If you aren't already familiar with the ulog community, it is a project focused on elevating the voices of individual Steemians and bringing their personal story to the world. It's very similar to what I was trying to get off the ground last year with Native American youth (before I got a veto from my local tribal council).
So often in life we get channeled into achievements that can be stored behind a label as "psychology," "science," "investing," etc. But isn't so much of our life just going about the events of daily life, seeing what we see and feeling what we feel? This is a community that elevates that daily life and acknowledges it with rewards.
Why Get Certified
As part of elevating the voices of individuals simply living their lives, the #ulog community seeks to also financially reward members. From one of the founders, here are some of the ways that's done:
Certified uloggers are like 'owners'. We will actively help them build their noble dreams and empower them, by virtue of the MARLIANS tokens.
This means also, that all exclusive UI-perks on our sites will be available to 'certified uloggers'. These ones will be capable of overseeing entire URL-spaces, "their names on it" and be empowered to do so 'with extra-influence (extra-voting-capability) courtesy of us'.
Starting with tags, 'certified uloggers' will be empowered with extra-influence (extra-voting-capability) to oversee and autonomously grow 'communities', in relation to their dreams and interests.
We are looking at a situation, where 'certified uloggers' who want to oversee and grow their community (starting with a tag) can summon a bot that adds 'additional votes' to 'authors' who form part of their community.
Besides this, there will be other UI-perks available only to 'certified uloggers'. We will share our resources however limited. We are already doing so!
When it comes to referencing people to 'opportunities', we will reference 'certified uloggers' first. Certified uloggers will be made abreast of every aspect of our ecosystem.
There'll also be post-promotion-capabilities etc open only to 'certified uloggers'. This will happen in exclusive chat-rooms open only to 'certified uloggers'.

Yeah, they're a really great community and team behind it. I don't think I'll be able to make their post a day goal, but I look forward to exploring more of what they're doing at a more chill pace.
