I dropped off these Men's sizes for TSU shirts at the printer way back when I was having the Anarchapulco shirts processed, and yesterday they FINALLY contacted me to let me know they were ready.
I know many of the men in TSU were anxious to get these, but since I had no men's sizes at the time, it made it impossible for anyone to purchase one. I do apologize for that, but now the time has come when you can finally achieve owning one of these pieces of organics to rep our community the right way.

The most important things to me in a successful and harmonious ecoVillage are the things that are most important for everyone’s happiness and well-being. A non functional community would never be a nice place to live no matter how well it was built, or any amount of comfort and luxury it may have. Ultimately, the ecoVillage of tomorrow should be the place where everyone has their most important needs met, their voice heard, and a safe space for us to live our lives with freedom of expression and non violence.

When I was a teenager, my mother had a huge herb garden that somehow thrived in the clay soils of the coast I grew up on. I remember the starred flowers of borage, the soft leaves of chamomile and the pungent mints, and her sending us looking for plantain in exchange for a dollar. For many of us, our relationship - and love of - the natural world starts young, in childhood memories or with a fascination of the natural world to provide, calm and heal.

It is fun to watch something that was discussed in the abstract a couple years ago. Now, it is unfolding in many of the ways we were told.
Having the ability to see where we are and, more importantly, where we are going is crucial. It enables one to position him or herself while remaining calm in spite of minor upsets.

In recent years the idea of eco villages seems to be gaining traction. Communes, or communities, have been around in various guises for a long time, but as we become more aware of how the way we're living is impacting the environment, and indeed ourselves, more people are turning towards thoughts of eco living. The natural path eventually leads to the eco village, because it’s hard to really become self sufficient and less reliant on consumerism without others with similar goals around you. Community becomes essential to unhook from the system.

There is said to be over 1 million tons of contaminated water in Fukushima that needs to be disposed of and authorities say that dumping it into the ocean is the only option available.
There is room to store the liquid until 2022 but after that they are going to run out of space.
By 2022, according to Japan's environment minister, they will need to dump the contaminated water into the sea because this is the only option. Still, they are waiting on a verdict before making their final move.

"Dead?!? All of them?"
For a brief moment I had visual flashes of a car wreck. Or a boat over-turned. But as I listened and tuned in to her rough Isaan (North Eastern Thai, Almost Khmer) dialect, I realized she was talking about the fish. And the prawns.
We were in my truck in heavy Friday afternoon traffic, on the way to the bus station. My worker, Sii, was beginning her long journey home to see her son. She's a single mom (52 years old) and her 16 year old son lives alone on the 52 rai (21 acres, 8.3 hectares) family farm in Si Saket, which is almost on the Cambodian border - 14 hours by overnight bus from Chiang Mai. Her son, Oom, cooks and cleans for himself, gets himself to school and manages the family fish farm alone while his mom is away in the city earning cash.

Living a life connected to the earth, enables us to to live in sync with the seasons, transforming with the natural cycles , and connecting with ourselves on a deeper level. All around us things are changing, the last of the fruit and nuts are ripening on the trees and the animals are busy harvesting food, in preparation for the winter. The mornings and nights are cooler and we find ourselves spending more time indoors.

Natural medicine enthusiasts make a lot of different health claims, especially on the internet. Typically there isn't any problem with this when there is evidence provided by some sort of cited, unbiased research. However, this is not quite typical in many different communities. In the last so many months or I can also say in the last 1 to 2 years time period almost everyone I am talking to is going through a rough patch in some or the other way in life. Be it health, work, finances, family, relations. There has been some kind of impact in most people's life in this last 1 to 2 years time, which really makes one think, why do we have such a low period for almost everyone. Is it the lower energies in the universe, is it the planetary positions that is impacting or some other forces.
