What in Life Inspires Me - TribeSteemUp QotW

In answer to the @tribesteemup Question of the Week, I find that I'm figuring out the answer to this question over and over throughout each day.

I don't think there's one answer, or even one fixed set of answers. There is however a common theme.

I am inspired by growth and expansion.

I am both a natural teacher and a passionate student of life.

Above all else, I want to feel myself growing and also interact with others in such a way that I get to have a front row seat for their growth too. If I can in some way be a catalyst for that growth, even better.

I particularly love watching people learn how to create lives of satisfaction, especially if they've mostly lived a life of struggle. Being there for that turnaround is more gratifying than anything else I can think of.

All of this takes so many different forms though.

Sometimes it's a walk in the woods. Other times it's taking someone out to lunch. Or it can be giving someone a place to stay for a few nights. Cooking a really healthy meal for someone who normally eats fast food. Or helping them tune up their resume, search job ads, mock interview. Maybe rebalancing their energyfield. Having my dog greet someone walking alone. Or explicitly explaining the methods of manifestation to someone. This actually could be a pretty endless list. It changes situationally and depending on the person before me.

There is so much inspiration I find in any of these activities so long as the end result is that someone is uplifted within the experience. Even if I don't get to see all the effects play out myself, just seeing enough to know what will come next for them is enough to make my own spirit rejoice.

... oh, and beauty. Being surrounded by beauty and the feeling of the Earth itself directly inspires me without a need for thought or understanding.

That's as specific as I can get. I'm a pretty simple person really. Easily delighted.

It is always impressive to see the natural occurrences and how beautiful they can be. Despite the never-ending focus on the bad, the positive offsets it even more to inspire most of us everyday as long as we allow it to.

Yes. That’s why I try to encourage people to see that their perception of a bad world is the result of a habit of focusing on the bad, and that habits can change.
