Introduction

Hi everyone @LivingUKTaiwan here with today's edition of the #TravelDigest. Today we're going to chillout with our Top 3 Pinmapple posts. We start off visiting an old mining town in California USA, then we go diving in Moalboal in the Philippines before returning to California again to chill out in a cabin in the middle of the woods. 🥇 An Aging Randsburg, California by @rt395

The town now has around 60 residents. One old timer I spoke to just outside of the bar had moved to the town when he was only 6 years old. He told me some short stories about the Canadian company, a jerk of a man who now owned half of the town and how he loved it there. Then his friend pulled up in this beautiful, classic Thunderbird. I asked the owner if he had restored it. He said no, he had bought it off a divorcee for a bargain. Lucky guy!

🥈 Let's go Dive the Aeroplane- Moalboal-Philippines by @scubahead

Two or maybe three of the divers requested the airplane or airport site as some dive centres call it and the others had no objection as they were just keen to be diving again. So Airplane it was. I can’t call it the Airport as there is only one plane there so for me that makes no sense. We could not have had better weather as the sea was flat calm and almost mirrorlike.These days on the water are very special as it's so idyllic like being in a movie. It sure beats the rough sea green face days that's for sure.

🥉 The Cabin on the American River in California. by @kohsamui99

The morning were just the best waking up to these amazing views of the valley after a smoothing sleep listening to the sounds of the river trickling downstream having that cup of coffee by the river feeling the freshness of the river and the smell of the Pine trees was just heaven on earth.
