I walked from kleve to emmerich (11.4 Km)

For last few days I am desperately looking for accommodation at kleve and was not able to manage it. Today I got a call from a German friend who is living in emmerich. He asked to meet him and he may try to help.

There was only way to reach there by bus. But I wanted to avoid bus. I had time enough to walk and I wanted to save money. I have not got student ID card yet. So I can't travel without paying expensive ticket fee though i already paid to university for my travel card.

I had to cross a bridge which connected the emmerich wity kleve city. It was 2:30 hours walking distance and i walked non-stop.

Finally i reached the emmerich and talked with him. He also can talk some Bengali. He called a man who later brought me my current address at kleve. It looks i had a successful meet up. He said he will take me in a house tomorrow and possibly i will take the room for living.

But i will not forget the trip :)

I got the app after your comment, but I always forget to post. Thanks for reminding and I will try to post. As I got my Student ID card so the bus or train should be free for me now. But I still have enough exercise every day.

Wow, that's a lot. This makes me remember my childhood when i used to walk on the way of my grandparents home. I couldn't take bus because i didn't had money.
