We end up waiting for things to happen,
We end up waiting for the right timing to give us a sign,
We end up staring at the bright blue sky unendingly,
We keep on looking for answers, signs, and time.

We end up looking back to the past with regrets,
We end up believing things will happen right in front of our eyes,
We end up listening to stories of other people as an inspiration,
We keep believing our time will surely come to us knowing this will pass.

But we waited and waited for so long but things never did happen,
But we keep believing that our plans will surely happen but it never did happen,
But still, we end up taking ourselves in a different direction we never imagined,
But still, we end up keeping ourselves alive and happy no matter what circumstance,
Because the waiting pushes us into the different realm of our new reality.
