"Perfect in Imperfection" (original poem)

What if I have everything I wanted?
What if everything would be perfect?
How could it be possible if people would be kind?
Is there such a thing as a perfect world?

If only I could be given enough time I wanted,
Would the time still be perfect?
What are my deepest desires and dreams?
What if desires are meant to be in the present?

Can keeping one’s promises be the norm?
Would fewer couples still be separated?
Shall respect and kindness be always natural?
I wanted to be a person of courage, How was this possible?

I was born in a not so perfect world,
But I learned and studied patience,
Everything is perfect? But timing is,
Still, I cannot have what I wanted, but I’m happy!
