Picking up my guitar for the first time in a month

I am currently trying to go out of my comfort zone as much as I can. We are doing the podcast and so that is one way. I thought I'd do a video just to force myself to and I wasn't really in the mood to speak about anything...I had just written a post that was deleted before i posted it so I did not feel like re-organizing my thoughts. I thought it had been a while since I played music so I picked up my guitar.

I'm easing into being a lot more active. I have a whole lot more students and I am back to writing and playing guitar, but I want to share more besides writing. I want to be able to transmute energy across the internet to you in your home or out in your neighborhood. Music comes easier than talking, but I'll get to talking. We will record another episode of our podcast this week.

Sometimes you just need to let the guitar and your spirit do the talking. I really enjoyed this one. It felt highly personal and spontaneous. Was it a new song or actually a spontaneous improv?
