There is a lot of FUD going around right now. We do not know what is going to happen with Steem and that has many freaking out.

A good exercise is to look at the worst case scenario and reach a level of acceptance with that.

Here I spell out how I view that looking (and it isn't so bad).

I'm commenting before watching, which isn't my usual thing... I'm in the middle of the Exyle interview with Andrarchy... But your's is next up!

I'm sure you'll be writing a post about that interview, heck you've probably watched it and took notes by now :)

Yes caught that video after I made this one.

I don't want to be too complacent since we do not know what Justin Sun really is planning.

It is clear on my mind that I will follow without hesitation on the new blockchain in the worst-case scenario. ;)

Always, always value your positive mindset mate. I'd rather go for positive than live worst twice.. once in own head, twice IF the worst happens.

As at this time I am commenting, I think the FUD still exists. Despite the Steemit team members having made a statement but all their statements were individual views not on behalf of the team, as such, we can't hold them to their mere opinions.

Whatever Justin Sun is planning, I don't think he will want his investment to run to zero. I doubt he will do anything rush to loose the steem users. So lets relax and watch how he can make things work in this new system

Detailed Article:

Taskmaster4450 begins the video by addressing the recent merger between Steam and Tron, expressing his calmness and optimism towards the situation. He delves into the importance of assessing risk-reward scenarios, encouraging viewers to consider the worst-case outcomes and how to cope with them.

He outlines potential concerns such as token swaps and the dissolution of the Steam blockchain, highlighting the community's ability to fork the blockchain if necessary. Task emphasizes that the blockchain could be forked, ensuring that individuals would still have their tokens in a new format, potentially doubling their holdings.

Taskmaster4450 analyzes the role of developers and witnesses within the Steam community, pointing out that many have the technical capabilities to fork the blockchain if needed. He discusses the potential impact on existing projects and applications, speculating that most would remain within the ecosystem.

The video addresses the significance of exchanges in the context of the merger, with Taskmaster4450 pointing out that the need for fiat-to-crypto exchanges may diminish in the future. He suggests that users could access the new ecosystem through alternative means, potentially facilitated by Tron.

Task elaborates on the importance of communities, the potential absence of development teams, and the evolving role of exchanges in the crypto space. He underscores that the worst-case scenario may not be as dire as anticipated, as long as the community remains resilient and adaptable.

In conclusion, Taskmaster4450 reassures viewers that the core principles of Steam will persist even in a new form, emphasizing the resilience of decentralization and open source ethos. He challenges individuals to embrace change and adapt to new circumstances, highlighting the fundamental strength of the community in navigating challenges.
