Sometimes when your always a "YES" person to others, you stymie your own growth as a human being. You need to take care of your own self first before taking care of others. Kind of like that metaphor with the oxygen masks on a plane. You know...get your mask on first then so you can help others get their's on !
Unfortunately, I have trouble saying "NO" to people. Do You ??

Maybe once upon a time, but anymore I don't have too much of a problem. I guess it depends on who it is. If it is my wife then yes, I have a really hard time saying no. If it is people at work asking for stuff that we don't have budget for. Then no, I am totally fine telling them NO! :)
