I guess back, during 2017 the chart should have been identical. Yet the alt coin rally DID happen. The real question is do people have what it takes to dump BTC and invest into alts now?
Nobody guarantees that an alt rally will take place again. There are some great projects out there and steem is definitely one of them.

I still believe that bitcoin is the best crypto investment coin at the moment. For other coins I might only buy them in small amounts just in case if bitcoin falls.
I agree. Bitcoin is probably the way to go for the foreseeable future. At least as long as we are considering the mainstream coins. What other options are you considering?
Looks like BTC will continue to gain market share and the others “shitcoins” will die....
