Yemen Army Shot Down Saudi Apache Helicopter
Yemeni Army shot down earlier today a Saudi Apache helicopter while it was on a bombing mission over Yemen.
The crew were killed instantly.
The Yemeni Army spokesperson Brigadier Yehya Saree said that the Yemeni Army used a newly developed surface to air missile and will give more information about it later. The shooting down of the helicopter was filmed with high resolution to prove the incident.
This is another setback to the Saudis after 4.5 years of continuous bombardment of the Arab poorest nation and after the massive defeat of its land invasion a couple of months ago and the Yemeni bombing of the US-managed Saudi-owned Aramco oil facilities.
