Office Politics || Thoughtful Monday

Hello Lovely Peoples,

Our life seems to be happy only when our times are enjoyable, our times are more colorful. However, these rules do not apply to the workplace, because the workplace is different. Many sources of life do not work in the workplace. Because here you always have to prove your skills by doing your best. However, the situation, however, can be controlled by good relations with colleagues, attention to work and doing the right thing at the right time. However, it requires interest and worthwhile effort.

Although in our country we are involved in many types of office politics, we destroy our work environment. This has a negative impact on our career later. Although we believe that Office Politics does not produce good results, we are still compelled to be involved in Office Politics for a variety of reasons.

However, almost everyone in our country suffers from work-less office politics. In most cases, however, those who are newcomers suffer more from being victimized. In many cases, for the sake of office politics go to the job. On the contrary, through these office politics, many put themselves in a convenient position and quickly move to higher positions.

The truth is, although some development by the Office Politics, the organization suffers a lot and the work slows down. So in all places, we should stay away from these office politics. And senior officers should ensure every office is polity-free and try to create a better workplace environment through fair competition among staff. Because it has to be remembered that if the trap leaves for the loss of others, then the trap itself has to be worn. Always try to keep everyone away from Office Politics.
