Today is the last day of the annual Carnestolendas celebration, and tomorrow Lent begins on the Catholic Calendar, culminating in Holy Week. But in tradition, there is still a holiday to be resolved, which here in Venezuela is the "Octavita de Carnaval" (eighth day of carnival), it is that the weekend after the carnival a party is held that is somewhat peculiar, because although it is already Within Lent, pick up some of the hubbub of the carnival party.

Yesterday I was joking with some friends that Venezuelans are an impressive thing, because we were still in carnivals and I found that on twitter we were already posting the national trends on twitter at Easter, but almost asking if those were already arriving mini-Holiday, hahaha, is that we left a "Rumba" or Party and we already want to put together another.

Well, as far as my personal part is concerned, I am fine and I wish that everything continues like this or that it is for the better. I am going to publish more chapters of the long Chinese web novel that I have been translating and have some fun with this fantastic youth literature, after all, I admit that it serves as both a distraction and a small source of income.

I am a "low consumption model", insofar as I am a person who got used to living without much luxury, what I spent the most was not on clothes, jewelry or accessories, but on books and food, but today even I no longer buy books and regulate what I buy for food so that the income supports.

Thanks to the fact that I can control expenses and I am used to controlling the balance so that my income and expenses remain at least in balance, the crisis that we have here has not massacred me, which has happened to some colleagues and colleagues from job.

In the current situation, we must learn to survive, because we have not yet reached the serious economic problem that comes to us worldwide after the pandemic... I am concerned that a new Great Depression will present itself to us in this 21st century

Hoy es el último día de la carnestolendas celebración anual, ya mañana comienza en el calendario católico la cuaresma que culmina en la Semana Santa. Pero en la tradición, aún queda por resolver un día festivo, que acá en Venezuela es la Octavita de Carnaval, se trata que el fin de semana posterior al carnaval se lleva a cabo una fiesta que es un tanto peculiar, pues si bien ya está dentro de la cuaresma, retoma algo de la algarabía propia de la fiesta de carnaval.

Yo ayer bromeaba con unos amigos que los venezolanos somos una cosa impresionante, pues aún estábamos en carnavales y me encontré que en el twitter ya estábamos colocando en las tendencias nacionales en el twitter a la Semana Santa, pero casi que preguntando si ya llegaban esas mini-vacaciones, jajaja es que salimos de una rumba y ya queremos armar otra.

Bueno, por lo que corresponde a mi parte personal, estoy bien y deseo que todo siga así o que sea para mejor. Voy a publicar mas capítulos de la larga novela web china que he estado traduciendo y me divertiré un rato con esta literatura juvenil fantástica, después de todo, admito que me sirve tanto de distracción como también de una pequeña fuente de ingreso económico.

Yo soy un "modelo de bajo consumo", en cuanto que soy una persona que se acostumbró a vivir sin mucho lujo, lo que mas gastaba yo no era en ropas, joyas o accesorios, sino en libros y comida, pero hoy en día incluso ya no compro libros y regulo lo que compro de comida para que los ingresos soporten.

Gracias a que puedo controlar los gastos y estoy acostumbrado a controlar el balance para que mis ingresos y egresos se mantengan por lo menos en equilibrio es que la crisis que tenemos acá no me ha masacrado,cosa que le ha pasado a algunos colegas y compañeros de trabajo.

En la situación actual, hay que aprender a sobrevivir, pues aún no hemos llegado al problema económico serio que se nos viene a nivel mundial luego de la pandemia... me preocupa que se nos presente en este Siglo XXI una nueva Gran Depresión.
