Where In Malaysia Is The Best Place To Invest?

The current haze season in Malaysia is upsetting to say the least. And we're in no mood to shop for properties!

I was catching up on property news online and got led to a piece of article in The Star Online published 15 years ago. You know how it is when you browse for one thing, but then ends up with a different thing altogether. I'm actually surprised The Star still keeps news they published more than 10 years ago.

So, this article in The Star Online is about The Golden Triangle of Petaling Jaya. You can read it here : It’s all happening at PJ Golden Triangle.

While reading The Star article, I found something interesting. 15 years ago Damansara Perdana area was at around RM 150 per square foot. Today the average price per square foot in Damansara Perdana area is RM 427. Imagine if you have bought a 1000sf unit back then, how much will it be worth today?

The article then led me to another publication by The Edge Property Malaysia about Damansara Perdana, which was my related to my search topic at the beginning really. They've got some statistics about the area on buy price, rental price and all. Check out the numbers here.

To be honest, I have interests in researching this area because I'm currently marketing the D'Quince and D'Vervain Service Apartments. They happen to be located within the Golden Triangle of Petaling Jaya.

At RM 270,000 for a 550sf unit, with RM 1200 monthly installment a month, these projects are affordable to average Malaysians earning RM 3000 a month.

Larger units of 900sf and 1100sf are available and open to all. Have a look at the floor plans at my website.

I hope and pray the haze will leave us soon. In the meantime, drink more water!
