Tacos and Quesadillas at Cholo's Gastro Park - Baguio City

We have been here a lot of times but since the last time we have, there were only a few choices in their menu. Glad that now they offer a taste of Mexican food but with personal touch of Filipino to it.

We only wanted to eat something light so we decided to try their new additional food.

Cholo's has a nice ambiance because it is open just like in someone's yard.

I ordered beef taco and my partner ordered spicy chicken. Each serving has tomato and onion salad on the side with garlic sauce.

I like their presentation. The use of colorful plate adds compliment to the food itself. Beef taco has shredded beef and vegetables topped with garlice sauce. Although not that plenty, good thing they have additional sauce served in a small dish. Mind you, the garlic sauce is too strong for my liking so good thing they did it that way.

Spicy chicken is almost the same with the Beef taco with chicken, obviously, as the only difference.

Serving is plentiful and worth it. Taco is thin and crispy and the ingredients are overflowing. They served the tomato and onions separately but there were also some of those in the tacos.

We also ordered in addition beef quesadillas. It has more of the tomato and onion salad served with it. This thin deliciousness is cheesy and just right for my taste. The seasoning is controlled. The texture of the beef is easy to chew. It was well prepared. Again, worth every cent.

All in all, this is my go to when I am up for some tacos and quesadillas. Their food is good. It is at par in price with some of other places who serve like this but the edge is that are better in quality and taste.
