As india is famous for it bright colour, today this contest i would like to share my colourful experience with all my steemians. colour are the large part of india consciousness even u can say colours are in the soul of india. Even i also love with the bright colors, actually i visited to culture town fair, which is setup once in every year before the festival of india, as i was roaming in the fair to have fun, then one colourful shop attracted me. The shop was of Paan(betel leaf)

See these are so colourful n attractive, who don't want to visit the shop. Meetha paan is india most famous sweet dish, is taken after heavy lunch or dinner,as mouth fresher or digestion enhancer. as these colourful are Ingredients of paan, it is used as the filling inside the betel leave(paan)

These heart shape betel leaf are full of health benefit like help in reduce weight, help in digestion, treating diabetes thats why indians love to eat after having heavy meal. As you can see before eating the betel leaves it's steem are removed, as it not good in taste.

there are the huge sweet ingredients which is fill inside the heart shape leave, to make it more tasty n delicious. As you can see there are so many ingredients are gulkand, supari, edible chuna, supari, colourful cherry n sauf, dessicated coconut, many Essence of mouth freshener, and many more items

It is very easy to make meetha pasn, as ypu can see in the picture that first katha it is mainly apply to paan, to make it more tasty, them all the other ingredients and fold it, secure it with toothpicks, so that it can not be open. One can enjoy the metha paan after removing the toothpick.

these man making my paan ready, wrapping in silver foil. Thankyou for these tasty paan , i will come here again to enjoy paan. The cost of this paan is rs15 which us very much reasonable as because the filling of paan is quite expensive.

this is my favourite counter, as colour always attracted me, i want to grab all the bowl of sauf 😜 but i can't do so.. it is also decorated by colour flowers and leaves which make it more attractive and beautiful.

my grandmother used to chew betel nut leaves- with all the trappings. She used to make such a huge deal on prepping and chewing them. But you guys took it to the next level!
