Australia Food Guide - #11 Brisket Boss @ Miami Marketta, Miami
Yesterday evening we´ve been to the Miami Marketta. No, not the Miami in Florida, the Miami at the Gold Coast in Australia.
This is a classic Street Food Market with lots of food stalls.
Gestern Abend waren wir im Miami Marketta. Nein, nicht das Miami in Florida, das Miami an der Gold Coast in Australien.
Dies ist ein klassischer Street Food Markt mit vielen Imbissständen.
It works like a foodcourt, most of you probably know. You just order the food you want and choose any table on the whole venue. You can also order two dishes from different stalls and sit together at one table.
Es funktioniert wie ein Foodcourt, die meisten von Ihnen wissen es wahrscheinlich. Man bestellt einfach das gewünschte Essen und wählt einen beliebigen Tisch auf dem gesamten Veranstaltungsort. Man kann auch zwei Gerichte von verschiedenen Ständen bekommen und zusammen an einem Tisch sitzen.
And that´s what we did. We ordered two dishes from two different food stalls and I´m going to show you one of it today. We ordered this absolutely massive Smoked Brisket Roll from Brisket Boss which is actually a steak sandwich but the meat is smoked for hours.
We had the Low and Slow Brisket with Rocket, Parmesan and Chutney.
Und genau das haben wir getan. Wir haben zwei Gerichte an zwei verschiedenen Imbissständen bestellt und ich werde euch heute eines davon zeigen. Wir bestellten dieses absolut massive Smoked Brisket Brötchen bei Brisket Boss, das eigentlich ein Steak-Sandwich ist, aber das Fleisch wird stundenlang geräuchert.
Wir hatten das Low and Slow Brisket mit Rocket, Parmesan und Chutney.
I know, this looks absolutely mouthwatering and it was really delicious. One of the best meats I had in a while. But after all that christmas feasting and yesterday evening it´s time for a meat timeout again.
Ich weiß, das sieht absolut köstlich aus und es war wirklich lecker. Eines der besten Fleischsorten, die ich seit einiger Zeit hatte. Aber nach all dem Weihnachtsfest und dem gestrigen Abend ist es wieder Zeit für eine Fleischpause.
