Bali Food Guide - #31 Human Bean, Pererenan
I wasn´t lying when I said that Bali, especially regions like Canggu and Ubud are food heaven. In fact we also get still surprised every now and then by the amount of awesome food you´ll find here.
If you would stay here for one month and eat out 3 times a day you could try a new restaurant every time and still would have not even tried a tenth of all of them.
Yesterday we accidentally discovered a new one we had never heard of before. It´s called Human Bean and is situated in Pererenan.
Ich habe nicht gelogen, als ich sagte, dass Bali, besonders Regionen wie Canggu und Ubud, ein Paradies für Gourmets sind. Tatsächlich wundern wir uns auch immer wieder über die Menge an großartigem Essen, das man hier findet.
Wenn man einen Monat hier bleibt und dreimal am Tag auswärts essen geht, könnte man ohne Probleme jedes Mal ein neues Restaurant ausprobieren und hätte immer noch nicht einmal ein Zehntel von allen probiert
Gestern haben wir zufällig eine neues entdeckt, von dem wir noch nie zuvor gehört hatten. Es heißt Human Bean und befindet sich in Pererenan.
The whole restaurant is outside and only covered with a roof. As it is a bit outside of the busy tourist region it wasn´t busy and the atmosphere was way more relaxed then in other restaurants.
Das gesamte Restaurant befindet sich im Freien und ist nur überdacht. Da es etwas außerhalb der belebten Tourismusregion liegt, war nicht viel los und die Atmosphäre war viel entspannter als in anderen Restaurants.
You´ll find some really delicious breakfast options on the menu. Like everywhere her eon Bali they have lots of vegan dishes as well. If there is a place on earth which is good to go vegan, it´s definitely here on Bali.
Auf der Speisekarte finden Sie einige wirklich köstliche Frühstücksoptionen. Wie überall auf Bali gibt es auch hier viele vegane Gerichte. Wenn es einen Ort auf der Erde gibt, an dem man gut vegan essen kann, dann ist er definitiv hier auf Bali.
I went for a classic Falafel Wrap with lots of greens, some yummy cashew dip and sweet potatoe fries on the side Fidi has order a Green Omelette and it was super delicious. It´s a spirulina infused egg, filled with kale, mushrooms, feta and a beetroot salsa on the side. Sounds strange but tastes very delicious.
To drink we had another absolut classic, a simple cold young coconut. 😋
Ich entschied mich für ein klassisches Falafel-Wrap mit viel Gemüse, etwas leckerem Cashew-Dip und Süßkartoffel Pommes auf der Seite. Fidi hat sich ein Grünes Omelett bestellt und es war super lecker. Es ist ein Ei mit Spirulina, gefüllt mit Grünkohl, Pilzen, Feta und einer Rote-Bete-Salsa an der Seite. Klingt seltsam schmeckt aber mega lecker.
Zum Trinken hatten wir einen weiteren absoluten Klassiker, eine einfache kalte junge Kokosnuss. 😋
