händchen halten

wem gehört die hand?
verborgene bosheit steckt im gewand.
sie führt und bietet scheinbar sicheren halt,
doch vorwärts geht es ins verderben mit gewalt.

wer überreicht die betrachtungsweise?
die wahren stimmen sind zu leise.
an die falschen hände klammern sich die massen,
dröhnend laut der blinden lauf in die düst´ren gassen.

ist da noch ein weg zurück?
verschwunden scheint bald das glück.
alle zu dem abgrund gehen,
niemand will es kommen sehen.

wiederholt sich so geschichte?
und ich sitz da - schreib gedichte.
seh´ fassungslos den lauf der dinge,
und frag mich, wie ich das in ordnung bringe.

hold hands

who owns the hand?
hidden wickedness is in the robe
she guides and offers seemingly secure,
but forward it goes to ruin with violence.

who gives you your opinion?
the true voices are too quiet.
the masses cling to the wrong hands,
the run into the dark alley of the blind ones is loudly roaring.

is there still a way back?
soon luck disappears.
all go to the abyss,
nobody wants to see it coming.

does history repeat itself?
and i'm sitting here - writing poems.
stare at the running of things stunned,
and ask me: how i can fix it.
