Yeah 3 seconds is what i hav3 always heard. Great article man, im sure lots of people are unaware of this info. Its great that all of the myths created by word of mouth are finnally being debunked.

i will admit it came as a surprise to me recently! I had always thought the opposite so I wanted to share
