Transformed pedestrian underpass in Burgas: The project - See yourself and love yourself!

A total transformation was started last month with the neglected pedestrian underpass, which is located in the area of ​​three large vocational high schools in Burgas.

Only a few days ago, the project "Look at yourself and love yourself!", a work of visual artist Krassimir Marchev, was completed, and the underpass has a completely new, impressive vision.

The creation of the project was provoked by the need to transform the neglected subway, through which many people pass. The artistic part is to provoke young people, not to succumb to addictions and to believe more in themselves.

The underwater and cosmic worlds oppose each other, and in the middle between them stands the human, in search of his essence.

 

From the two opposite walls to the entrances and exits of the subway are written messages, which were made by Burgas students. According to the author of the project Krassimir Marchev, there the person is in demand and is faced with the choices of his own life.

The project was implemented with the support of the Municipality of Burgas and the Municipal Council on Narcotic Drugs in Burgas.
