还有半个月，Sheya就要添加辅食了。
最近，我一直在整理她的辅食计划，从米粉到果泥，从蔬菜泥到肉泥，还有各种核桃油、芝麻油、碎面条。
相比之前，她只吃奶的时光，那简直太轻松了，三个小时一到准时喂。
除此之外，我还购置了各种辅食工具，料理棒、辅食碗、专门的刀具，研磨碗，餐椅等等，这里分享给大家，有需要的拿走。

韩国辅食锅didinika+刀具（淘宝）
博朗料理棒（淘宝）
Nuk研磨碗（淘宝）
小熊bb煲（淘宝）
这里特别推荐博朗的料理棒，打蛋，研磨，碎肉等多用，性价比特别高。
b.box尤其推荐水杯，360°防侧漏防呛水，以及他们家的弯头勺很好用。
