Steem Monsters Daily Quest: Not so good cards today..

How's your Wednesday going on?

I am here with another blog on Steem Monster Daily Quest and the cards I received.

It was with Earth splinter I got to battle it out today and the cards received are as below:

As we can see, most of the cards are the common ones and not so value adding except for BEETLE QUEEN and GOBLIN MECH as for as I am concerned.

The last 2 quests before today were all returned good cards for me including couple of Gold Foiled NAGA WARRIOR and a Legendary SACRED UNICORN.

For the first time today, I purchased a beta booster pack from steem-engine.com and opened it thru Steem Monster website. It's notable that the beta booster packs from Steem Monsters aren't available anymore on splinterlands.io or peakmonsters.com and have to be purchased from third party websites like steem-engine.com.

I am sure the people who purchased the beta booster packs in bulk and keeping them unopened can sell the same for better prices thru third party websites.

Sports Talk:

As expected, India thumped South Africa in the third Cricket test by a margin of an innings and 202 runs and stayed at the top of points table of the ongoing ICC Test Championship.

India next takes on touring Bangladesh beginning with T20's followed by the Tests. It's notable that India have won all the 5 tests it has played against West Indies and South Africa and is way ahead on points table with second ranked New Zealand with 60 points.

India's real test may be when it tours New Zealand in February next year Having said that, India's batting, bowling especially fast bowling looks in good nick and should help India winning more overseas tests.

Series against Bangladesh is still under doubt as Bangla players are on strike over pay disputes and hopefully it get resolves and we will have matches as scheduled.
