When @silverd510 comes up with ideas theyre usually pretty good, but when it comes to #tags, and more specifically tag posts, he's a genius. His latest post idea for the #steemsilvergold group is a "TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS" theme and involves picking 12 Precious Metal items you'd love to receive.

Here are the rules he made up for this little posting sequence:
Start off with the lowest dollar items, building up to the one thing that would truly blow you away if you got it as a gift.
The items have to be realistic!! No one is going to gift you an 1895CC Morgan silver dollar. Unless you are related to Bill Gates or any other billionaire.
The top item can not exceed a value of $2000

The truth is, I'm absolutely gutted I didn't pick up these when they first came out. I was still a newbie in the #steemsilvergold community and still a little "wet behind the ears" when it came to crypto and crypto spending.... Luckily Mr @raybrockman was kind enough to send me one direct from his own collection a few months after sales and its bee cherished ever since.
With just 1500 of these minted, they became very saught after. With the lower numbers exchanging hands for several hundred dollars. I'd love to get one in single digits and then look to find a 2018 & 2019 with matching numbers.
Ahh I was wondering if that was an official idea or not. I’ve been seeing that theme popping up all over the place recently.

I've been lucky enough to have all three runs with the same number. Like you, I was a noob at the time and the 2017 was actually my very first round ever purchased with any kind of currency. @raybrockman was on point with the 2018s and he of the 5 I ordered, he sent me the same number from the year before! So kudos on that. Doubled up and grabbed a lil stack of 10 this year, 4 of which are already leaving my hands :( LOL! But, I am curious what will arise next year!
Next year we do what we always do as a community.... We get shit done!
I did pick up a few of the 2018s! Well of course I did, it's my design. Like you I got 10 this year, but they'll be added to my stack. I still have faith that a decentralised, crypto-backed, social media platform can make it, and I still think steemit might be it. When/if steemit goes mainstream how cool will it be to have these early rounds??
