Marketcap of Steem based companies- a speculative analysis: Part#2
In the part#1, I have produced an analysis on the possible marketcap of top steem companies. Here is the part-2.
3speak.online ($500K-10M): It is premiere video hosting service for vloggers. Vloggers can earn both Steem and SPEAK token. However, curators have to buy SPEAK from the site to support their favorite vloggers and there is no curation reward for SPEAK. 3speak has interesting onboarding feature, anybody with common social media accounts such as Facebook or Twitter can login to the site. They have not enabled any monetization effort. Future such attempt and sell of SPEAK token can earn them $10M valuation. Website: https://3speak.online/
Actifit ($500K-10M): Actifit DApp reward users for physical activity such as walking or running. For that Actifit App has to be installed in smartphone or smartwatches. Delegators can earn ACTIFIT token by delegation to the DApp. The DApp is trying to collaborate with different businesses where owner of ACTIFIT token can use them. Looking at their userbase, developments, and innovation, it can be assumed that Actifit can achieve $10M valuation in future. Their token is available for trade at @steem-engine. Dlike ($500K-5M): Dlike is Pininterest on Steem blockchain. The DApp rewards both Steem and DLIKER token for liking (posting) anything from the Internet. Their token DLIKER is tradeable at @steem-engine. The team behind the project is very active and innovative. It can also achieve $5M in future with the Steem's price appreciation and their own developments. Website: https://dlike.io/
Steemcoinpan ($500K-2M): Steemcoinpan is South Korean version Steemit made with nitrous instant. It is one of the most valued token based on SE token. Their SCT token marketcap is almost million dollar already. However, the economic model is a puzzle though being regional and having 10X less users than PALnet, its marketcap is 15X of PalNet. SCT and SCT miner (SCTM) are tradeable at @steem-engine. Website: https://www.steemcoinpan.com/
Buildteam ($500K-2M): Buildteam one of the pioneer company on the Steem blockchain. They run the largest delegation business through @dlease and @minnowbooster service. They are also collaborator of many other projects on Steem blockchains. Since bidbod and delgation businesses are in decline, their potential marketcap has declined significantly. A $2M marketcap can be a good achievement for now. Website: https://buildteam.io/
Steemleo ($150K-2M): Steemleo is the most developed and feature rich tribe among the @steem-engine based tribes. It is community site for bloggers who are interested to investment related topics. The team behind the project is very proactive. Its token LEO is one of the best performing token in @steem-engine. Its marketcap briefly reached $1M already when one LEO was 2 Steem. It has the highest number of sinks that buy LEO from the token and burn them permanently to reduce the inflation rate. Website: https://steemleo.com/
YooDoo ($200K-1M): Formerly known as @oracle-D, is Steem based blockchain business that is building a freelancing model business. They are attracting some outside businesses to invest in Steem to use the steem users (crowd) to fulfill some tasks for payments. Currently they don't have any token. eSteemApp ($200K-1M): eSteemApp is a premiere mobile and desktop based DApp on Steem blockchain. It has plan to release ESTM token based on SMT. The founder developer, @good-karma is the brainchild behind the project. Website: https://esteem.app/

Steem's price is very volatile in a year. The range is kind of between all time low to all time high ;)
@dtrade, This is great Analysis and Marketcap Description of various Steem Projects. And i have to say that Steemleo is one of the effective project out there and good to see the Interface of Steemleo which tells that team is putting efforts in all areas.

Hello, this is a grat post and it's a really great way to think about things in terms of the STEEM's true value.
this is some wishfull thinking as to me there is no real case made as to where the valuations come from (except steemit inc in the first post) the rest is just pure speculation without a lot of fact backing it up.
I mean it would be good if this was all the case but for the moment I will just look at it as wild guesses
I think theoretically Steemleo could go big. I dunno why it wants to stay niche. I think it should have a niche focus but go big.
