A friendly reminder to keep getting those fat upvotes from @actifit . I consistently keep up with this and it has paid off.

If you are not a user of @actifit , sign up here and get started. There are lots of ways to earn both afit tokens and steem upvotes. It's one of the easiest ways to earn steem when you don't have a following that is voting for your content.

Pictured above is a screenshot the exchange Afit for Steem section of the actifit wallet. It's one of the great benefits of using @actifit . When you download the app to your phone and walk or exercise you earn afit tokens when you reach 5000 to 10,000 steps and post your result to steemit. Even if nobody votes for you, @actifit will and along with the upvote you will earn afit tokens in your actifit wallet.

Those afit tokens add up fast and are the key to earning. It didn't take me long to accumulate a ton of them. I had somewhere in the range of 20,000 afit when the exchange program started. You can exchange up to 20 afit at a time for a $1 upvote from @actifit . When that votes arrives it comes with more than the 20 afit you just exchanged in the first place. So you in actuality you never lose the afit you exchange.

I've been doing actifit for over a week now but I must have not seen the part about trading tokens for upvotes. Thanks for the information.
