Voices Of Students

Teachers often are too busy completing their syllabus without giving time to know their students.

We may not have a chance to listen attentively to each student and find out more.

Students may have their own thoughts and perceptions.

They may have hobbies that we do not really find out more.

By knowing our students better, we can design our lessons to connect with their interest whenever possible.

This would enable greater engagement and it makes learning meaningful to them.

If you are a teacher and you are reading this, it is great if you can spare a minute each day to know each student better.
