Sardinas - Gourmet
Ante la Crisis, los venezolanos debemos ponernos creativos para enfrentar la realidad económica del país.
En el Post, les presento esta receta muy económica, pero nutritiva y que hará una explosión de sabores en su boca.

Procedimiento
Proceda a limpiar las sardinas, quite las escamas, ábralas en forma de mariposa removiendo toda espina y vísceras. Lave bien.
Proceda a hacer unos tostones con plátano verde, los cuales usará como fondo del platillo.
Coloque la sardina ya frita o asada en forma de mariposa sobre los tostones
Corte en trocitos unos tomates maduros y cebolla, colóquelos encima de la sardina, rocié con limón y sal a su gusto.
Adorne en el contorno con unas rodajas de aguacate.
Prepárelo no se arrepentirá.

Delicioso me encantan las sardinas y con cebolla ufff pero si además le coloco picante es la locura. Buena vibra.
