Is it true that the most important thing to buy once we start working is a home?

A friend wanted to ensure her son doesn't spend all his hard earned salary frivolously - a practice most families will endorse. So she made sure he buys his 1st home.

Of course, they should find the right home at the right price so as not to burden the young man with monthly payments and still get to enjoy life.

They actually found one.

In Petaling Jaya.

No wonder the showroom is packed with people shopping for their ideal units. Auspicious floors and unit numbers are an obvious hit in this part of the world.

Now everyone can buy their 1st home 😉. That is if one is fast enough considering the crowd.
