And today I want to tell you How has Steem impacted my life. So please consider this post as a response for @theycallmedan initiative.

How it all started

I want to start my story with the story of my acquaintance with Steem which began a little more than two years ago in October of 2017th.
At that time crupto was in hype. But I didn't know much at that time about cryptocurrencies and mining.

At first time I read about Steem blockchain and Steemit.com platform almost at the same time at rbk.ru and tinkoffjournal.ru.
But anyway even after I read part of Steem whitepaper I still had many questions about it and I was thinking is it safely for me or not?

But after couple weeks I decided to join anyway to Steem! And at the 19th of October I received email from steeemit inс. And new part of my life began!
I remember how at first months I published nearly 4 posts with my photos, stories or participated in contests!
But let's talk about how Steem impacted my life!

Steem gave me many new oportunities! Since I joined to Steem many things in my life has changed even my child was born!

Yes and it's true!

First of all for me it were my first steps into decentralized area. And as I know now not only for me.

Also I should mention that Steem allowed me to express myself!

Yes, of course I’m not a very creative person, what a sin to conceal. But at the same time, I sometimes need a place where I can express my thoughts and emotions to which I can then return and rethink.

Also, the platform gave me the opportunity to share my photos.

Yes, understanding that maybe they do not carry great artistic value. But from the moment I joined Steem, I began to more carefully appreciate the world around me, and try to pay more attention to what I catch in the camera lens.

The next one change that Steem brought to me it's Steem renewed my desire to study and learn something new!

In it me helped posts such accounts like @steempythorials, @codingart, @themarkymark, @codemy@codemy, and others.

I think very important that Steem gave me opportunity to meet with new people like @cryptospa!

Also I can't can’t keep silent about such things like dapps which made me stay active,I mean @actifit.

Or cool push ups initiative which was hosted by @nathanmars.
Or involved me in game - @splinterlands,

steem-roller.com developed by @klye or @steemslotgames. And I think this dapps can not only attract attention from people outside to Steem blockchain but also add value and maybe increase it's price espessially after croudfinding campign conducted by @splinterlands team.
Now let's move thuther!

My expectations for 2020

Honestly I don't know how price will change 2020. Will it increase or not. At current moment income for me not most important, but of course it has place. Anyway I'll continue to publish my posts here on Steem blockchain. If compare Steem ith ther social media platforms it allows me to be open and to be myself!

As a conclusion I want to say that I'm very thankful to that moment when I first time knew about Steem blockchain and decided to join to it! And if I had opportunity I'll do it again and again! Don't forget that Steem is blockchain of your opportunities!
