Introducing KUKpro is a meat thermometer with 12 sensors in a single probe that will measure the coldest part of your meat every time that you can monitor directly from android or iOs app.

This clip demonstrates the temperature gradient in a 2 inch steak. After searing and flipping the meat once, you can see the hottest parts are on the edges, with more than a 70 degree difference to the coldest spot.
