It is sad but true, most of the things we eat nowadays are unhygienic and put some negative effects on our health. so we should wisely what to eat and what to not. E-codes allows you to see everything about the product you are going to eat.
Check information on chemical food additives (also known as E numbers). Some of them are toxic, while others are just vitamins!
